Hoo-boy, the Horror Guy has been busy, busy, busy. The Day Job has been a bit on the hairy side lately, not leaving a lot of time to say much to my shrieking public. Still haven't had a chance to see Zodiac yet; hope to remedy that this weekend. I did manage to score some promising reading material; Max Brook's World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War is pretty decent so far. Only 30 or so pages into it but I'm really enjoying the interview style of the narrative. Also grabbed a couple of Brian Keene paperbacks, The Rising and City of the Dead, both zombie-themed, of course. Oh yeah, finally got The Devil's Backbone via NetFlix, but haven't had a chance to watch it yet. Maybe early tomorrow afternoon. And then there's that first issue of season eight of Buffy, the Vampire Slayer from Dark Horse Comics that I picked up with this week's stash. It's been a good week for horror finds....now if I could just find the time to enjoy some of it.
No time like the present.
